Well this is what everyone has been waiting for. Issue one is finally live.

This months issue features an interview with Minneapolis hip-hop legends Atmosphere, an interview with Ben Johnson, an upcoming UK trials rider, a feature on Save Your Breath, a pop punk band who are currently recording their first EP, and are about to take to the roads in the next 6 weeks to tour the UK. We also have all the regular content, such as the reviews pages, the download page, and the showcase section, this month’s is concentrating on BMX photography.

Check the downloads section on the left to get your hands on it, and be sure to keep an eye on the site because over the next few weeks there will be a super-high-print-quality version going online.

I had the fortune of being able to join a few of the local Newport skateboarders for a session down at Cardiff Bay, they showed me the spots, and I showed them how I stay calm even when they knock my equipment over.

Word up!

Welcome to Revmag.co.uk. This site has been created in conjunction with, and to launch, the online urban sports e-zine, Revolution. I have been working on this project since late January of this year, and on May 30th 2008, it will ‘go live’.

It’s been the focus point for the third year of my graphics degree at the University of Newport, Wales, and is being marked as the final major project module.

If you check out the navigation on the left you will see there is a download section, this has wallpapers, and songs available for free. The wallpapers are from imagery from the magazine, and the songs are all from reviews of albums, also in the magazine.

For now all that’s available are taster pages, these will give you an idea of what to expect when the full magazine drops on the evening of Friday 30th May.
